SHIPPING

All orders are processed Monday - Wednesday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST and can take up to ten business days to process before being shipped.

Any pre-order products can take up to eight weeks to be processed and shipped.

Occasionally, a member from the Winangali Infusion Team may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. Please ensure you respond to any email/phone call from us.

  * Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you consider these factors when making placing order.

* Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. *Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post or the Courier Company.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country. 

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All relevant customs and import duties, fees, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

RETURNS

You can return any item/s within 7 days of the purchase date.

Make sure you include:

  • a copy of you order confirmation email
  • any relevant information in regard to the reason for the return along with how you would like Winangali Infusion to process your return

All goods must arrive back in their original state, (unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc). We will not be able to process your return if your items are not returned without the original packaging. This may take up to 15 working days. Refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Cannot be refunded. Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Winangali Infusion.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for for cash.

EXCHANGES

Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

Items that you wish to exchange for another, please include your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less.

All goods must arrive back in their original state, (unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc). We will not be able to process your return if your items are not returned without the original packaging. This may take up to 15 working days. Refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Cannot be refunded. Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Winangali Infusion.

In the event that the requested item is unavailable, our Winangali Infusion Team will issue a Store Credit to you for the amount of the item. You will receive an email with your Store Credit Code.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be exchanged.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Winangali Infusion Team via email and outline your order number, add any photos or relevant information regarding the issue so that we can address this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Winangali Infusion will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

 

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

When purchasing via Afterpay, you can send your item back to our Winangali Infusion  Team within 7 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.

All exchanges will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Winangali Infusion is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.

When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.
